Thyme (Thymus vulgaris and Thymus serpyllum)

Thyme belongs to the Lamiaceae family, the same family as lemon balm and rosemary. Wild thyme stands out for its thin stems that creep along the ground, and it grows wild in meadows and along footpaths.

On this page you'll find all the Naturalma products made from thyme flowering tops:

  • Red thyme essential oil: distilled from the flowering tops of Thymus vulgaris.
  • White thyme essential oil: also distilled from the flowering tops of Thymus vulgaris.
  • Wild thyme essential oil: distilled from the flowering tops of Thymus serpyllum.

All three come in 10 or 30 ml amber glass bottles. They are natural food flavourings: a few drops are enough to flavour 100 g of food.

Good to know before use. Thyme essential oils must not be used pure, only after diluting them appropriately. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. You'll find the full warnings on each product page.
