Holly – Bach Flowers (Ilex aquifolium)

Holly is one of the 38 emotional flowers or Bach flowers. It is made from the flowers of common holly (Ilex aquifolium). Bach placed it in the group ‘Oversensitivity to influences and ideas’.

According to Bach, this is the flower for strong emotions such as jealousy, envy, suspicion and anger, when they close our hearts to others. Holly stays green all year round; only the female plants bear red berries.

You can choose between two versions, both in a 30 ml amber glass bottle:

• With brandy: the original preparation, with water and alcohol from brandy.
• Alcohol-free: with vegetable glycerine and water, for those who prefer it without alcohol.

The directions on the label are the same for both versions: 4 drops directly into the mouth, one to three times a day, at any time.
