Why in drops
Almost all herbal remedy manuals ask you to pick, dry and prepare decoctions and tinctures. Mother tincture already exists ready-made: you buy it in an herbalist shop, dose it in drops, and it keeps for a long time.
For each plant, the book explains when an herbal tea makes sense and when the extract does, how many drops and for how many days, and which combinations to avoid. The "recipes" become drop mixes: ready-made, or put together by you.
The book does not replace the opinion of a doctor. The indications given follow the traditional use of the plants.
