Your data protection rights (GDPR)

Naturalma s.r.l. processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). All information on the processing is in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.

What you can ask us

• Access — to know what data we process about you and receive a copy (Art. 15);
• Rectification — to correct inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16);
• Erasure — to request the deletion of your data, within the limits of legal obligations (Art. 17);
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18);
• Portability — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (Art. 20);
• Objection — to processing based on legitimate interest and, in any case, to direct marketing and personalisation (Art. 21);
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

How to exercise them

Write to info@naturalma.it stating your request and the email address associated with your purchases or your account. We reply within one month; in complex cases this period may be extended by two months with notice. We may ask you for an element to verify your identity. Exercising your rights is free of charge.

If you believe that the processing infringes the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority) (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your EU country.
