Walnut – Bach Flowers (Juglans regia)

Walnut is one of the 38 emotional flowers or Bach flowers. It is made from the flowers of the common walnut (Juglans regia). Bach placed it in the group ‘Oversensitivity to influences and ideas’.

According to Bach, this is the flower for times of transition, when life is changing and we let ourselves be swayed by others. For this flower, Bach used the walnut's blossoms, not its nuts.

On this page you'll find Walnut in both Naturalma versions, in a 30 ml amber glass bottle:

• With brandy: the original preparation, with water and alcohol from brandy.
• Alcohol-free: with vegetable glycerine and water, for those who prefer it without alcohol.

Both versions contain the same walnut flowers: only the base is different. The directions on the label are the same for both versions: 4 drops directly into the mouth, one to three times a day, at any time.
