Hedge Mustard (Sisymbrium officinale)

Hedge mustard, also called singer's plant, is a plant in the Brassicaceae family, the same family as mustard and cabbage. It grows wild along roadsides and walls, with small yellow flowers.

On this page you'll find all Naturalma products made with hedge mustard flowering tops:

  • Alcohol-free mother tincture: 10% hedge mustard flowering tops in vegetable glycerine and water, made with Extranatur, Naturalma's patented extraction method. The label dose is 40 drops (2 ml) in a glass of water, one to three times a day; 2 ml contain 200 mg of hedge mustard. 60, 120, 200 and 500 ml bottles.
  • Alcoholic mother tincture: the low-strength hydroalcoholic hedge mustard mother tincture, closer to traditional herbal practice, with 10% flowering tops. 120 ml bottle.
  • Tablets: 60% hedge mustard flowering tops, in jars of 120 and 300 tablets. 4 tablets contain 1200 mg of hedge mustard.

Good to know before use. Hedge mustard tinctures and tablets should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The alcohol-free tincture is not suitable for children under 6, while the alcoholic tincture and the tablets are for adult use only. The full warnings are on each product page.

The tinctures and tablets are food supplements. Naturalma mother tinctures are prepared to our own recipe by specialist laboratories, always starting from the dried plant.
