Cleavers (Galium aparine)

Cleavers, also called clivers, is a plant of the Rubiaceae family. Its stems and leaves are covered in tiny hooks that cling to clothing, hence the common name.

On this page you'll find all Naturalma products made with flowering cleavers herb:

  • Alcohol-free mother tincture: cleavers (herb with flowers) (10%) in vegetable glycerine and water, obtained with Extranatur, Naturalma's patented extraction method. The label dose is 40 drops (2 ml) in a glass of water, one to three times a day; 2 ml contain 200 mg of cleavers. 60, 120, 200 and 500 ml bottles.
  • Alcoholic mother tincture: a low-strength hydroalcoholic tincture, closer to herbal tradition, with cleavers (herb with flowers) (10%). 120 ml bottle.

Good to know before use. The alcoholic cleavers mother tincture is for adult use only and should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The alcohol-free tincture carries no specific warnings beyond those common to all food supplements. You'll find the full warnings on each product page.

Tinctures are food supplements. Naturalma mother tinctures are made to our own recipe by specialist laboratories, always starting from the dried plant.
