Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus-castus)

Chaste tree is a shrub of the Lamiaceae family, found along the coasts and waterways of the Mediterranean. Naturalma products use its fruits.

• Alcohol-free mother tincture: chaste tree fruits (10%) in vegetable glycerine and water, obtained with Extranatur, Naturalma's patented extraction method. The label dose is 40 drops (2 ml) in a glass of water, one to three times a day; 2 ml contain 200 mg of chaste tree. 60, 120, 200 and 500 ml bottles.
• Alcoholic mother tincture: a low-strength hydroalcoholic tincture, closer to herbal tradition, with chaste tree fruits (10%). 120 ml bottle.
• Tablets: chaste tree fruits (60%), jars of 120 and 300 tablets. 4 tablets contain 1200 mg of chaste tree.

Good to know before use. Both versions of the chaste tree mother tincture and the tablets are for adult use only and should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. They are not recommended for women with a personal or family history of breast cancer or hormone-dependent cancer, and should not be used if you have a pituitary tumour or pituitary disorders.
