Directions:

Take 30 drops (1,5 ml) diluted in a glass of water, una volta al giorno at any time. 

30 drops (1,5 ml) contain 150 mg di fucus o quercia marina e 150 mcg di iodio (100% NRV). NRV = valori nutritivi di riferimento.
