Orange (Citrus aurantium and Citrus sinensis)

Sweet orange and bitter orange are trees of the Rutaceae family, the same family as lemon and bergamot. Bitter orange is also known as Seville orange.

On this page you'll find all the Naturalma products made from orange peel:

• Sweet orange essential oil: obtained from the fruit peel (pericarp) of Citrus sinensis, also listed on the label as Citrus aurantium var. dulcis.
• Bitter orange essential oil: obtained from the fruit peel of Citrus aurantium var. amara.

Both come in 10 or 30 ml amber glass bottles. They are natural food flavourings: a few drops are enough to flavour 100 g of food.

Good to know before use. Orange essential oils must not be used pure, only after diluting them appropriately. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. You'll find the full warnings on each product page.
