Relief Remedy or Rescue Remedy – Bach Flowers

Relief Remedy or Rescue Remedy isn't a single flower: it is a blend of five of the 38 emotional flowers or Bach flowers. It contains the flowers of:

• Cherry Plum: myrobalan plum (Prunus cerasifera)
• Clematis: traveller's joy (Clematis vitalba)
• Impatiens: touch-me-not (Impatiens glandulifera)
• Rock Rose: common rock-rose (Helianthemum nummularium)
• Star of Bethlehem: star-of-Bethlehem (Ornithogalum umbellatum)

These are the five flowers that Bach used together for difficult moments. It's a ready-made blend: easy to carry with you, in your bag or your pocket.

On this page you'll find Relief Remedy in both Naturalma versions, in a 30 or 60 ml amber glass bottle:

• With brandy: the original preparation, with water and alcohol from brandy.
• Alcohol-free: with vegetable glycerine and water, for those who prefer it without alcohol.

Both versions contain the same five flowers: only the base is different. The directions on the label are the same for both versions: 4 drops directly into the mouth, one to three times a day, at any time.
