Directions:

Take 2 tablets once or twice a day at any time (from 2 to 4 tablets per day). 

4 tablets contain 1200 mg of chaste tree.

Ingredients:

Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus) fruits (60%), microcrystalline cellulose and hydroxypropylcellulose (bulking agents), silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agents).
