Rock Rose – Bach Flowers (Helianthemum nummularium)

Rock Rose is one of the 38 emotional flowers or Bach flowers. It is made from the flowers of the common rock-rose (Helianthemum nummularium). Bach placed it in the group ‘Fear’.

According to Bach, this is the flower for moments of sudden, intense fright, when fear comes on strong and all at once, like a wave. The yellow flowers of the common rock-rose open to the morning sun and last barely a day.

On this page you'll find Rock Rose in both Naturalma versions, in a 30 ml amber glass bottle:

• With brandy: the original preparation, with water and alcohol from brandy.
• Alcohol-free: with vegetable glycerine and water, for those who prefer it without alcohol.

Both versions contain the same rock-rose flowers: only the base is different. The directions on the label are the same for both versions: 4 drops directly into the mouth, one to three times a day, at any time.
