Pine – Bach Flowers (Pinus sylvestris)

Pine is one of the 38 emotional flowers or Bach flowers. It is made from the flowers of the Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris). Bach placed it in the group ‘Discouragement and despondency’.

According to Bach, this is the flower for anyone who always feels guilty and asks a lot, too much, of themselves. You can recognise the Scots pine by the orange bark on the upper part of its trunk.

• With brandy: the original preparation, with water and alcohol from brandy.
• Alcohol-free: with vegetable glycerine and water, for those who prefer it without alcohol.

Both versions contain the same Scots pine flowers: only the base is different. The directions on the label are the same for both versions: 4 drops directly into the mouth, one to three times a day, at any time.
