Lingonberry (Vaccinium vitis-idaea)

Lingonberry is a small evergreen shrub of the Ericaceae family that grows in mountain woodland and in the regions of northern Europe. It has glossy, leathery leaves and red berries with a tart taste.

On this page you'll find all Naturalma products made with lingonberry leaves and young fresh shoots:

  • Alcohol-free mother tincture: lingonberry mother tincture with leaves at 10% in vegetable glycerine and water, made with Extranatur, the patented extraction method developed by Naturalma. The label dose is 40 drops (2 ml) in a glass of water, one to three times a day; 2 ml contain 200 mg of lingonberry. 60 and 120 ml bottles.
  • Alcoholic mother tincture: a low-alcohol hydroalcoholic tincture, closer to the herbal tradition, with lingonberry leaves at 10%. 120 ml bottle.
  • Bud extract: young fresh lingonberry shoots at 2.5% in vegetable glycerine and water. The label dose is 40 drops (2 ml) in a glass of water, one to three times a day; 2 ml contain 50 mg of lingonberry. 120 ml bottle.

Good to know before use. None of the three forms should be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The alcoholic tincture is for adult use only. Full warnings are on each product page.

The tinctures and bud extract are food supplements. Naturalma mother tinctures are made to our own recipe by specialist laboratories, always starting from the dried plant; the bud extract starts from young fresh shoots.
