Centaury – Bach Flowers (Centaurium erythraea)

Centaury is one of the 38 emotional flowers or Bach flowers. It is made from the flowers of common centaury (Centaurium erythraea). Bach placed it in the group ‘Oversensitivity to influences and ideas’.

According to Bach, this is the flower for anyone who is always available and finds it hard to say no, to the point of forgetting their own wishes. Its name recalls the centaur Chiron, who in Greek mythology knew all about herbs.

You can choose between two versions, both in a 30 ml amber glass bottle:

• With brandy: the original preparation, with water and alcohol from brandy.
• Alcohol-free: with vegetable glycerine and water, for those who prefer it without alcohol.

The directions on the label are the same for both versions: 4 drops directly into the mouth, one to three times a day, at any time.
