Directions:

Take 40 drops (2 ml) diluted in a glass of water, one to three times a day at any time (40 to 120 drops a day).

40 drops (2 ml) contain 200 mg of chamomile (apigenin < 0.5 mg and alpha-bisabolol < 0.01 mg).

Ingredients:

Glycerol (stabiliser of vegetable origin), water, German chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) and Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) flower heads (10%).

Warnings:

Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be included in an overall healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
